    Yes, it’s important to create a pattern of self-care & to work on loving yourself, but I believe one of the most important things we can do for ourselves & for everyone else is to become self-aware.    Being the best version of ourselves  We are our own worst critique & that’s not wrong, but we must take the time to give ourselves positive criticism instead of constant self-deprecation. If we don’t step back & analyze our actions, the way we speak to loved ones & how we reflect our words through actions then we are allowing ourselves to perhaps become a toxic person in another’s life.     International Day for People Living with a Disability 2019

    This day was created back in 1981 to enhance understanding & to create a call to action within society to be equal with EVERYONE! It originally was to only last a decade as it was for the government to implement different measures to help support the disabled community & as the decade came to an end it was made an official day/date on December 3rd, 1992 & it has been carried on throughout the years!     WHATS ON YOUR MIND?   It can be really hard to talk about how you’re feeling. We don’t always understand how we feel, let alone be able to express it to another person. It’s okay to take the time to work out what is going on. Therapy doesn’t always mean you go sit in a room & talk with a psychologist.
